Role & responsibilities

Cleaning and maintenance

General cleaning of all rooms, floors, windows, and fixtures
Sanitizing and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Deep cleaning tasks like scrubbing baseboards and high-touch surfaces
Polishing furniture, glass, and metal fixtures
Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies

Room and property care

Making beds with fresh linens
Replenishing guest amenities like towels and toiletries
Organizing closets, pantries, and storage spaces
Handling laundry, which includes washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes
Maintaining outdoor areas like patios and gardens

Support and operations

Assisting with minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging drains
Responding to guest requests and inquiries
Delivering items to guest rooms or other areas
Setting up and breaking down areas for events
Removing trash and managing recycling
Reporting maintenance issues to management
