As a Sales Executive in a Hotel Management company, your role will involve extensive travel to various client locations throughout the country for the purpose of business development and empanelment. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting sales presentations, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients. - Identifying client needs and customizing solutions to meet their travel requirements. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the management. - Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the travel products and services offered, including special promotions and discounts. - Maintaining accurate records of client communications and sales activities. - Staying updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Handling client inquiries and providing excellent post-sales support. - Utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills effectively. - Working both independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in English and any other regional languages is an added advantage. - Possessing basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and services. - Negotiating rates and securing the best deals for clients by closely working with travel suppliers such as hotels, transportation, and tour operators.
