Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – Corporate & Banquet is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts and banquet business. The role involves building relationships with clients, managing event planning and execution, and achieving sales targets for both room and event bookings.

Key Responsibilities:Corporate Sales:

  • Identify and develop new corporate clients through proactive sales efforts including cold calls, visits, and networking.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for room bookings, conferences, and corporate meetings.
  • Prepare corporate rate proposals and ensure timely renewals.
  • Work closely with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Banquet Sales:
  • Promote banquet facilities for weddings, social events, corporate events, and other functions.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand event requirements.
  • Prepare detailed banquet proposals and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with the F&B and Banquet Operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and repeat business opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Administration:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on both corporate and banquet segments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and hotel booking systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
