Hotel Sales Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Support Executive at our hotel, your main purpose will be to assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing the client database, maintaining current clients, and driving successful marketing strategies. Your primary focus should be on ensuring guest satisfaction, meeting division standards, and maximizing profits. Your key responsibilities will include: - Punctually attending work with a high standard of personal appearance and uniform - Conducting fieldwork by meeting with companies and clients, with the ownership of a vehicle being mandatory - Handling office tasks such as maintaining and developing databases - Identifying new sources of business, new clients, and companies - Adhering to all hotel policies and regulations - Interacting with guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner to exceed customer expectations - Promoting the range of services offered by the hotel effectively - Daily maintenance of the current client database while collaborating with colleagues to develop new clients and prospects - Providing ideas and suggestions for improvements to develop new client contacts - Recommending new business sources to enhance the hotel's profile - Regularly contacting event organizers to ensure correct event details and reassure them of our ability to meet their needs - Following up on queries to secure bookings and generate new leads - Reporting daily to directors on companies contacted, current or new, and the outcomes - Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism when meeting potential clients on-site or at their office - Identifying areas for service development to enhance the range of products and services offered - Completing all duties diligently and on time - Being a team player - Undertaking any other duties or specific projects as requested by senior management - Understanding that working hours and tasks may vary according to business demands as the hotel operates 24/7 This position requires you to have your vehicle and a valid driving license, while hotel and sales experience is preferred. Freshers need not apply. The salary is negotiable for the right candidates.
