Experienced Hotel Receptionist

Receptionist required for hotel (male)

Candidate must have excellent working knowledge of microsoft office, and computers in general. Knowledge of Tally and accounting also favourable for this position due to generating and uploading invoices, GST and accounts ledger to be maintained.

Be able to do conduct all reception activities - check in/out, reservations, guest relations, communicating with other departments regarding occupancy special requirements etc.

Telecalling and emailing potential clients to support the sales and marketing team and try to increase bookings and revenue. Monitoring emails for bookings, guest queries, managing rates on OTA's and ensuring inventory and rates stay current.

Candidates must be personable, friendly, able to work under pressure and to a deadline. Weekends are working on shift basis.

Salary negotiable for right candidate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
