Summary

A hotel reservation executive manages guest bookings, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring accurate room availability via phone, email, and online platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Include inputting reservation details into booking systems.

· Managing modifications and cancellations of Booking Details.

· Processing payments

· Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

· Handle all incoming reservation requests

· Accurately input guest details and reservation information into the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).

· Provide information on room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities, ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless booking experience.

· Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to promote additional travel services or room upgrades to maximize revenue.

Essential Skills

· Address guest inquiries, resolve booking discrepancies, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the reservation process.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer information and reservations.

· Ability to provide outstanding customer service and a positive guest experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various booking requests efficiently.

Experience

• Total work: 4 years (Required)
• Hotel Industry: 4years (Required)
• Travel Industry: 3years

Qualification

Must be Graduate

· Bachelor's degree in hospitality or tourism is preferred

OR

· 3 to 5 years related field experience is often preferred
