Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.) Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints promptly Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor daily operations and budgets to ensure financial targets are met Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff performance Oversee marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers Generate reports and provide insights to senior management Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry Proven leadership and team management skills Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) is a plus Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
