🌟 We’re Hiring: Hotel Manager | The Lanswood Estate – Lansdowne, Uttarakhand

The Lanswood Estate, a serene and elegant retreat in Lansdowne, is looking for a hands-on, dynamic Hotel Manager with 4–5 years of experience to oversee daily operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

📍 Location: Lansdowne, Uttarakhand

📅Experience: 4–5 years in hotel/resort operations

💼Type: Full-time | On-site

🔧Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day property operations

Manage and motivate staff across all departments (housekeeping, kitchen, guest services)

Handle reservations, OTA management, and guest communications

Ensure top-notch service standards, cleanliness, and upkeep

Vendor coordination and inventory tracking

Be the face of the property in the absence of the owners

✅Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in hotel/resort/hospitality management

Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (preferred)

Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

Fluent in English & Hindi

Knowledge of OTAs (Booking.com, MMT, Airbnb)

Hospitality background preferred

Comfortable living in or relocating to a hill town
