Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in various subjects related to Hotel Management, such as Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping, Front Office Operations, and Hospitality Marketing.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience and accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Curriculum Development:
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Hotel Management curriculum.
• Ensure the curriculum remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and requirements.
• Student Mentorship:
• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Guide students on projects, internships, and research activities.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.
• Industry Collaboration:
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance the academic program.
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits to provide students with real-world insights and exposure.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and implement assessments to evaluate student performance and progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic and practical work.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry and education.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the academic community through research and publications.

Qualifications:

Education: A Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in Hotel Management or relevant industry experience in a senior position.Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
