• Source, evaluate, and convert leads into hotel signings (management & franchise)
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, IPCs, and land aggregators
• Lead deal structuring, commercials, and contract negotiation
• Work with internal teams (legal, technical, ops) for smooth onboarding
• Track competitor activity and market trends across your assigned region

✅ We’re Looking For:

• 4–10 years’ experience in hotel development, real estate advisory, or hospitality investments
• Pan-India market exposure or deep regional market knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hotel operating models
• Confident presenter with strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Hunger to hustle, sign deals, and be part of something big
