Description
As an Inspector at Marriott International, your role involves inspecting guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards. You will run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms. Additionally, you will assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. It will be your responsibility to document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk, prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments, and communicate issues to the next shift. Completing required paperwork will also be part of your duties.
