Hostess/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Hostess cum Waitress to join our team. The role combines responsibilities of welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, along with serving food and beverages to provide an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hostess:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Keep the reception/hostess desk clean and organized.

As a Waitress:

• Present menus, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and as per service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back during meals and addressing concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Handle billing and payments as required.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess, waitress, or in customer service (hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of POS and reservation systems (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
