Balsām- Cafe & Kitchen, will be offering a role as a Hostess.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Keep Track for all the reservations received throughout the day
-Keep tables reserved for the reserved guests likewise.
-Greeting and welcoming guests at their arrival
-Guiding guests to the right tables according to their preference and requirements.
-Taking good feedback and bidding a nice farewell to the guest on the end of their meal.
-We expect a good control over English and Hindi both.
-Help in assisting with big party bookings and preparations with the team.
-Help the service team in rush hour by assisting in customer service.
-Be active with any recent updates, changes, festivals, events, etc happening to make sure guest is always updated and informed.
-Attend calls, answer messages recieved during your shift regarding any guest queries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
