Barista/All Rounder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, serving guests efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, tea).
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal drinks and food offerings.
• Ensure consistent quality in every cup served.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Restock inventory and inform management of low stock levels.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with customers to create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage service preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
