As a Hostess at Indus Hospitality in Indore, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and maintaining phone etiquette. Your role will involve welcoming and seating guests, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth operations in the dining area. We are looking for someone with interpersonal skills and communication abilities, a dedication to customer service excellence, experience in handling reservations, proficiency in phone etiquette, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and organization, and previous experience in the hospitality industry would be a plus. Fluency in English languages is advantageous for this role. This is a full-time on-site position with an experience requirement of 1 to 5 years. The salary ranges from 16K to 30K.
