Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis, located in Mumbai. The Commis will assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high standards of culinary excellence and hygiene. Daily tasks include assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following recipes, and supporting senior chefs in cooking various dishes. The role demands strong organizational skills, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and effective communication within the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Basic Culinary Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Formal culinary training or related certification is beneficial
