We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to ensure smooth guest experiences at destination weddings in Jaipur. This role involves managing accommodations, transportation, event logistics, and leading the on-ground hospitality team. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-notch hospitality services at one of India's most sought-after wedding locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange guest accommodations, transportation, and event logistics.
• Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and vendors for seamless operations.
• Manage RSVP tracking, seating arrangements, and guest communications.
• Ensure excellent guest service, handle VIPs, and address special requests.
• Lead and manage on-site hospitality teams, ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with planners and production teams to align hospitality with the event vision.
• Handle last-minute changes, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, or luxury guest services.
• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large guest groups and high-profile events.
• Experience handling VIP guests and delivering personalized services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected challenges.
• Knowledge of hospitality trends and best practices, particularly for destination weddings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
