Hospitality Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Hospitality professional to provide outstanding guest experiences. The role involves welcoming guests, handling their requests, coordinating with teams, and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs (if hotel) / table bookings (if restaurant).
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt resolution.
• Ensure service areas, dining spaces, and guest touchpoints are always clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and service staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Provide information on menu, facilities, or local attractions as needed.
• Maintain records of guest interactions and update hospitality management systems.
• Support in organizing events, group bookings, and special occasions.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality software (PMS/POS) preferred.
• Team player with problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
