Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Hospitality Faculty Educator. The responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs for hospitality staff, providing industry-relevant education, developing engaging curricular content, and mentoring new professionals in the hospitality field. The role also involves staying updated on the latest trends within the hospitality sector to ensure training aligns with current industry demands.

Qualifications

Proficiency in curriculum design and educational methodologies within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of hospitality management best practices including restaurant and hotel operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and mentor learners
Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, or educating hospitality professionals
Ability to stay informed on industry trends and incorporate them into teaching practices
Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field is preferred
Prior hands-on experience in the hospitality sector, such as a chef, restaurant manager, or related role, is an advantage
