Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Hospitality Assistant – Central Management to support operations across multiple serviced apartments and hospitality units at Royal Palms Estate. The role includes managing bookings, guest experience, staff, and property standards. Both day and night shifts are available. If you have experience handling kitchen operations or coordinating with F&B teams, that will be considered an added bonus. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations across Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, and direct channels Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and exceptional guest satisfaction Handle guest reliance, including concerns, special requests, and conflict resolution Oversee staff deployment, attendance, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance Support in training, hiring, and onboarding of staff as needed Monitor room readiness, property standards, and manage minor purchases/logistics Assist with room setup/design tasks as per company aesthetics [Bonus]: If capable, oversee basic kitchen operations or coordination with chefs/commissary --- Preferred Candidate: Experience in hospitality, hotel, or Airbnb operations Good command of English and Hindi Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, OTAs Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills Flexible for both day/night shifts Bonus: Familiarity with F&B or kitchen coordination --- Benefits: Growth opportunity in a fast-scaling hospitality company Exposure to design-focused operations and central decision-making Supportive team and learning-friendly environment On-site support and work from a scenic gated estate
