Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect payments.
Manage appointments and schedule changes.
Handle incoming communication via phone or email.
Update and maintain patient records.
Support patient flow by coordinating with medical staff.
Assist with billing and insurance procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma. Certification in medical office administration preferred.
1–2 years of similar experience.
Proficiency in EHR systems and office software.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Discretion and empathy in handling patient data.
Knowledge of billing, insurance, and confidentiality protocols.
