Hospital quality Manager

1. Quality Management & Compliance

• Develop and maintain hospital-wide quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with national and international healthcare quality standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Indicators (QIs) for clinical and administrative functions.

2. Accreditation & Certification

• Lead and coordinate accreditation processes.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for audits and inspections.
• Maintain continual readiness for external assessments.

3. Risk & Patient Safety

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for adverse events.
• Maintain incident reporting systems and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
• Monitor and mitigate clinical and non-clinical risks.

4. Audits & Inspections

• Plan and execute internal audits of departments.
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

5. Training & Development

• Conduct training and awareness programs on quality improvement, infection control, patient safety, etc.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the organization.

6. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze trends in patient feedback, complaints, and clinical outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
