Job Description

As a Sales Manager focusing on the HORECA channel, your role involves driving sales growth by strategically planning, managing client relationships, coordinating with distributors, and leading your team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve HORECA targets. - Identify and onboard new clients while effectively managing existing accounts. - Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients. - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Oversee distributor operations to ensure product availability. - Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in HORECA sales is preferred. - Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry and market dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Leadership and team management capabilities. - Result-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
