Role Description

Homologation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation for product homologation and certification.
• Coordinate with testing agencies, regulatory bodies, and manufacturers to meet compliance requirements.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with relevant

  standards, regulations, and approval processes

  .
• Maintain records of certifications, test reports, and regulatory communications.
• Monitor and update processes based on changes in regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 years

  of hands-on experience in

  homologation documentation, certification procedures, regulations, and compliance

  .
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with document management systems.
• Strong understanding of

  regulatory standards, testing protocols, and approval procedures

  .
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Fluent in Tamil and English

  .
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with regulatory authorities, certification agencies, or automotive testing labs.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
