Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate room assignments and schedules for residents.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain clean rooms.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and order as needed.
• Inspect rooms regularly to ensure safety standards.
• Address and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with maintenance team for repairs and upkeep.
• Organise orientation and welcome sessions for new residents.
• Track occupancy and report monthly utilisation data.
