As a Home Loan Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of the company's business, responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and guiding customers through the entire home loan application process. Your primary goal will be to help individuals and families secure the best financing options for their dream homes, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

NOTE:

• Only male candidates are eligible.
• Max. age limit is 34
• Interview Rounds: HR and Operations
• Must have 2 Wheeler and Driving Licence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain strong relationships with new/existing connectors (individuals or entities like real estate agents, builders, DSA or financial consultants) who can refer potential customers to the sales that lead to consistent referrals and business opportunities.
• Converting leads into sales and achieving sales targets.
• Drive sales of premium home loans (average ticket size 50 lakhs and above).
• Engage with HNI clients and provide customized loan solutions.
• Explaining product offerings and assisting customers with the home loan process.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience:

• Overall, 4-5 years of experience including minimum 2 years in home loan (

  prime segment

  ) sales is required.
• Apart from these, we are also open to consider candidates from DSAs and other companies dealing in the

  Prime Home Loan Segment.

• Strong sales, negotiation, good communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivation, target-orientation, and the ability to work independently and in a team are also important.

Target and Ticket Size Handled:

• Delhi NCR and Hyderabad:

• Average Ticket Size:

  60+ Lakhs

• Monthly Target:

  2 to 3 Crores

• Bangalore:

• Average Ticket Size:

  1 Crore

• Monthly Target:

  4 to 5 Crores

Salary and Other Benefits:

1. CTC: Up to 6 LPA
2. Attractive incentive and bonus structure.
