Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, assessing customer requirements, and guiding clients through the home loan application process. The role includes daily tasks such as contacting potential customers, conducting market research, preparing loan proposals, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client communication
• Knowledge of home loan products and services
• Ability to conduct market research and assess customer needs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and loan processing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
