Relationship/Sales Executive – Home Loan & LAP No. of Openings: 24 Location: Dombivali, Mumbai Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline) Gender: Male/Female Age: Up to 35 years Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan / LAP sales (Banking/NBFC preferred) Language Requirement: Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred) Working Days & Hours: As per Banking norms CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience and current CTC) Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview Rounds: 2 Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market activities, connector network, and existing customer referrals. Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and relationship building. Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers. Assist customers with the loan application process and ensure smooth file processing until disbursal. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners to drive business. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) for quick turnaround and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with KYC norms, company policies, and regulatory guidelines. Provide regular market feedback to improve products and services. Desired Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products, banking processes, and documentation. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) is an advantage
