Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant, located in Kozhikode. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, advising on holiday destinations, booking accommodations and travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. The Holiday Consultant will work closely with clients to personalize their travel plans, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Qualifications

• Tourism and destination Knowledge is Mandatory
• Travel Consulting and Customer Service skills
• Exceptional Communication Skills and Sales Skills
• Experience in Planning and Organizing Travel Itineraries
• Knowledge of International and Domestic Tour Packages
• Ability to handle booking accommodations and travel arrangements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with global visa services is a plus
• Fluency in English and any other local languages is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field Will be a Plus
