Job Title: Estimation Engineer Experience: 1–2 Years Department: Procurement Location: Ahmedabad We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer with strong skills in quantity estimation , drawing study , and technical analysis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, studying architectural and engineering drawings, and preparing accurate cost and quantity estimates to support project planning and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities: Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material estimations Analyze project specifications and technical requirements Prepare cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams for accurate cost inputs Support the preparation of project proposals and client quotations Ensure estimates are aligned with industry standards and client expectations Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field Basic understanding of quantity estimation and project drawings Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic level) Strong analytical and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and grow in the estimation domain Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer/member inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring that each customer/member interaction is positive and efficient. Reservations Management: ·Process and confirm customer reservations in accordance with company policies and procedures. ·Handle special requests and ensure that all booking details are accurate. Issue Resolution: · Address and resolve customer/member complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed. ·Follow up with customers/members to ensure their concerns are resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome. Customer Relationship Management: ·Build and maintain positive relationships with customers/members. ·Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to document interactions and track customer preferences and feedback. (prior knowledge of View Point is good to have) Product Knowledge: ·Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information. ·Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
