Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end campaigns across Email and WhatsApp platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and execute targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns aligned with ongoing promotions and business objectives.
• Manage customer segmentation and automation workflows to deliver personalized communication.
• Coordinate with the Creative team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned campaign content.
• Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Operations) to ensure consistent and timely communication to prospects and members.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in regulations.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital communication and marketing automation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Email or WhatsApp Marketing (preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry).
• Hands-on experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or related automation tools (e.g., WATI, Twilio, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of HTML for email templates will be an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
