Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Manager: Sales & Operations based in Kozhikode. The Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing tour operations, overseeing the sales process, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include creating itineraries, negotiating with vendors, managing bookings, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of tour operations, itinerary planning, and vendor negotiations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (added advantage
