Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tour Manager: Sales & Operations, located on-site in Kozhikode. The Tour Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating travel packages, handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring efficient operation of tours. The Tour Manager will also collaborate with travel consultants, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor travel trends to improve service offerings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Ability to manage and operate travel booking systems
• Knowledge of travel destinations and trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
