Holiday Consultant

As a Holiday Consultant in our dynamic travel team, you will have the opportunity to design domestic and international itineraries tailored to customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing custom itineraries for customers, ensuring their travel needs are met. - Following up with new and existing customers on tour packages to provide excellent service. - Managing end-to-end travel services including tour packages, airline bookings, hotels, costing, and documentation. - Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and phone. - Coordinating efficiently with suppliers and hotels to process bookings. - Creating customized quotations based on supplier costings. - Updating tour packages on our web portal to keep information current. - Generating leads through various channels and maintaining a strong customer database. - Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. - Liaising effectively with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For: - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Freshers are welcome as training will be provided. In addition to the job responsibilities, you will be working in a team that values your passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences. The shift timing for this full-time position is from 7:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, with home drop-off provided after the shift.,
