We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented B2B Travel Operations Executive to join our growing Destination Management Company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of inbound Thailand tourism and hands-on experience handling B2B travel operations.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end B2B travel operations (FITs, Groups & Series)

• Manage bookings, confirmations, vouchers & service follow-ups

• Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues

• Communicate professionally with international travel partners

• Maintain accurate records, costing sheets & operational reports

• Support sales team with operational inputs and feasibility

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduation (any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B travel operations / DMC

• Strong knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels & services

• Good command of English (written & spoken)

• Ability to handle multiple files under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Strong coordination, negotiation & problem-solving skills

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
