Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Data Entry Operator. The primary responsibilities include accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in digital systems, verifying and correcting data discrepancies, and managing administrative tasks to support the overall operations. The role may also involve coordinating with team members and supporting customer service-related data functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Typing and strong Computer Literacy skills.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and effective Communication skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with data management software and tools is a plus.
• A secondary education diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is an advantage.
