Head of Department – Planning & Coordination (Façade)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update detailed façade project schedules aligned with overall project timelines
• Lead coordination with design, procurement, production, and site execution teams
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, approvals, and resources across projects
• Monitor key milestones, prepare detailed progress and variance reports, and support management reviews
• Establish and standardize planning and coordination processes across façade projects

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum

  10 years of proven experience

  in façade project planning and coordination
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems, execution sequences, and interface management
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as

  MS Project or Primavera

• Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and communication skills
