Project Manager (Façade)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex façade projects
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and site operations
• Oversee façade systems including:
• Unitised & Semi-Unitised Systems
• Curtain Wall, Stick & Toggle Glazing
• GRC / GFRC, HPL, ACP & Rainscreen Cladding
• Spider Glazing, Louvers, Terracotta, Clay Bricks
• Ventilated Façades, Skylights, Canopies, Balustrades & allied works
• Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and client teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 🎓 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate in 

  Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• 🛠️ 

  10–15 years

   of proven, hands-on experience in façade project execution
• Strong understanding of façade engineering, site management, and coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
