Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client focused professional to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals. The role involves understanding client investment needs, providing expert property consultation, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients for real estate investment opportunities
Understand client requirements and offer personalized property solutions
Conduct site visits and coordinate with developers for premium property showings
Stay updated on market trends, upcoming projects, and investment hotspots
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and existing client base
Provide end to end support during the buying process from property shortlisting to final transaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred)
1 to 2 years of experience in real estate sales, wealth management, or client servicing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and HNI customer behavior
Proactive, result oriented, and customer focused approach
