Job

We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager, to join us. In this role you will be responsible to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will also be responsible to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our companys positive image by building strong relationships with our clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews to discuss investment performance, market updates, and new investment opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously engage in networking activities to expand professional contacts within the industry and generate new business lead

Requirements:

l bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

l Minimum of 3+ years of experience in relationship management or business development within the broking industry

l NISM 8 certification is must

l Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and broking operations

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships

l Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

l Ability to understand and analyse complex financial data to provide suitable investment recommendations

l Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client records and compliance with regulations
