Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive acquisition of
HNI and UHNI clients
with a strong focus on
broking revenue growth
.
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain
a high-performing team of
HNI Relationship Managers and Dealers
.
Monitor and analyze client portfolios
and provide strategic advisory services aimed at achieving
optimal returns
.
Lead
cross-selling initiatives
for
third-party products (TPPs)
including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and other investment solutions.
Effectively
communicate and promote the organizations research insights and advisory recommendations
to clients.
Ensure
timely preparation and submission of MIS and performance reports
in line with business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have prior experience in the
stock broking industry
.
A
stable career track record
is required, with a minimum tenure of
3+ years in the current organization
.
The role demands the ability to
bring an existing team and independently build the business from a zero client base
.
The candidate will be responsible for
onboarding and managing a team
, comprising a mix of
Relationship Managers and Dealers
.
