HL7 Integration Specialist (Mirth Engine)Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HL7 Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in the Mirth (NextGen) Connect engine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare data integration solutions, focusing on HL7 messaging standards and interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integration interfaces using Mirth Connect.
• Implement and manage HL7 v2.x, v3, and FHIR interfaces for healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, LIS, RIS, HIS, etc.).
• Develop message transformations, mappings, filters, and channels within Mirth.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Monitor and optimize Mirth Connect performance, ensuring high reliability and security of data exchanges.
• Support compliance with healthcare data exchange standards (HIPAA, IHE, CCD, CDA, etc.).
• Document integration workflows, message specifications, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+years of hands-on experience in HL7 messaging and Mirth Connect engine.
• Strong understanding of HL7 v2.x messages (ADT, ORU, ORM, SIU, etc.) and familiarity with FHIR.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Java, SQL, or Groovy) for Mirth transformations.
• Experience with healthcare integration tools, EMR/EHR systems, and interoperability standards.
• Good knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in message flows and data mapping.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
