Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.
Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and outbound logistics operations
Resolve any delivery related complaints, or issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain the security of the warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage
Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes
