Job Description

NR Consulting is hiring US Recruiters (Non IT/Business Professional/Light Industry): Experience - 6m to 2 years in US recruitments Location - Greater Noida (5 days onsite) Shift - EST (6.30pm to 3.30am IST) Job Role: Qualified candidate should have understanding and experience of US Recruitment. Experience in W2. Must have Sound knowledge and working experience on Non IT/Business Professional/Light Industry etc concepts. Well versed with Visa Status and should have worked with USC, GC. Authorizations, and adequate experience with US Tax terms. Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. Salary best in the industry with attractive recurring incentives, CAB (both sides) Meal & Snack facility, Mediclaim and Group Accidental Insurance and lot more benefits.
