Role & Responsibilities * Perform Stress Analysis: Conduct stress analysis and simulation using FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) to determine the structural integrity of mechanical components and systems. * Software must known : CEASAR -2 - Piping Stress Analysis. * Design Optimization: Collaborate with design engineers to optimize designs based on stress analysis results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Simulation and Modeling: Develop and validate simulation models to predict the behavior of mechanical components and systems under various loads and conditions. * Results Interpretation: Analyze and interpret stress analysis results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for design optimization. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to ensure that stress analysis results are integrated into the design process. * Documentation: Document stress analysis results and methodologies in a clear and concise manner.
