Job Description

Position:

Role & Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team involved in processing data extracted automatically via Maatrums online portal.
Review and validate property documents provided by banks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collate, verify, and extract data from online sources and scanned property documents.
Ensure the team adheres to Maatrums and partner banks policies and data security standards.
Monitor team performance, maintain productivity reports, and ensure turnaround times are met as per operational requirements.
Provide training, feedback, and process support to new and existing team members.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate with
a minimum of 4+ years of experience
in data processing, back-office operations, or document verification.
Prior experience in
team handling or supervising a small operations team
is preferred.
Strong proficiency in typewriting and data entry.
Fluent in reading and writing Marathi
, with good English communication skills (written & verbal).
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and leadership skills.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts (6 days/week)
