Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong communication skills and a solid background in BPO operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing floor operations, driving performance, and supporting both associates and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational floor management by monitoring performance and making informed decisions to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide performance feedback to associates as required and conduct weekly individual & team reviews.
Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, and Client Stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards.
Take administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Team Leader.
Ensure process compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in the BPO industry.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to manage operational activities independently.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including day and night.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Good people management and coaching skills.
