Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various domains and levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments (technical and non-technical) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further rounds Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws during the hiring process Represent the company positively in candidate interactions Key Requirements: 4-7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or mid-sized organization Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities efficiently Experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is preferred Immediate joiners will be given priority Thanks & Regards Robert Human Resources
