Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage counter sales at paint stores, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty. Oversee retail sales operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store appearance. Ensure accurate cash handling and adhere to company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in counter sales, paint sales, or related field (preferably in the paint industry). Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and other related products. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Age is upto 29 years
