Role & responsibilities

ServiceNow requirements:
Expert in platform architecture, leveraging the latest ServiceNow features efficiently.
Expert in front-end and back-end technologies, including performance optimisation.
Strategic oversight of ITSM practices, driving continuous improvements.
Leadership in mobile strategy, enhancing user experience and accessibility.
Expert in leveraging ITOM for business efficiency, master in CMDB structuring and data

accuracy.

Mastery over complex integrations, using state-of-the-art middleware technologies.
Strategic view of ATF approach towards entire platform of ServiceNow. Experience in

defining new processes and applications with 'testing first' approach.

Governance of ServiceNow environments, setting standards for administration and

development.

Strategizes deadline management company-wide, mentors teams in problem-solving

techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Work Timing and Work Mode: UK hours (13:30 PM to 22:30 PM IST) (Hybrid)
